    With the Interval Shuttle Run Test  (ISRT) you can measure an athlete's azyklische aerobic endurance. Simply said, you can measure a players ability to run over a long period time with constant changing speeds - exactly what the game demands.

    The most important feature of the ISRT is the interval feature. Over a distance of 20 meters players run at a certain speed, which increases constantly, for approximately 30 seconds. After that players take a 15 second active (slow run) rest period, before they will start all over again.
    A players performance ability will be evaluated after the accomplished distance has been completed.
    A high number of athletes can be tested in a short amount of time without requiring anything else than a CD-player and a tape measure.
