How do I enter a shipping address?
Shipping address and Billing address fields are provided. If additional instructions are necessary, please enter in the Shipping Instructions text box.

How do I log in to Subscriber Benefits section?
Your username is your name as it appears on the magazine label (or the name used when placing the order).
Your password is your customer ID (set up by our system)
Subscriber Benefits Log In is updated at the end of each business day.

How can I change my address/update my demographic information?
If you login during the check out process, you will see the saved data and have the opportunity to correct it. If you would like to submit an mailing address change, please email kate@successinsoccer.com

How do I get my log in information for access to the Subscriber Benefits section of the website?
Your log in information is provided on the mailing label on your magazine. You can also contact us directly for this information. Your User Name will be the name provided for the account (not case sensitive). The Customer ID is your account number.

How do I order back issues?
There is a back issue section in the US Shop. If an issue is not listed, it has sold out and is no longer available.

Where do I enter a promo code?
On the check out page you can enter a promo code next to the section where you choose your payment method.

How will I know my order was received?
A confirmation email will be sent your e-mail-address.

How do I select the option to be billed for my order?
We do not offer a "bill me" option, payment is required to process an order.

When will my order be processed?
Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders that are placed Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary by selected method, expedited services are available.

Is this website secure?
All orders are encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology on both your end and ours. SSL encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. Credit cards are charged live, credit card numbers are not stored.

How do I request a receipt with my order?
A receipt will automatically be emailed to the address provided once the payment has been processed.

I forgot my password, how can I obtain it?
On the check out page you find a link below the login form where you can request a new password.

How can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel an order please contact us directly via e-mail or via telephone. Once the cancelation has been processed the credit card will be credited.
